About Our Poker Strategy & Tools Guide

Our Mission
This site exists because the poker software market is full of confident claims and thin verification, and the gap between the two can cost a player their bankroll. We publish independent guides to poker math, ranges and the software players use, tested hand-by-hand in real online games, so that a beginner comparing a HUD to a solver to an in-hand assistant can see the actual differences rather than a vendor's framing of them. Our starting question for any tool is simple: what does it do, where is it allowed, and what happens if it's detected. That question shapes every review, glossary entry and strategy guide we write.
What We Cover
Our coverage spans three overlapping areas: poker math and strategy content (ranges, equity, pot odds), the software category itself (HUDs, solvers, trainers and real-time assistance tools), and the platforms where that software is used, including the club-app ecosystem — PokerBros, PPPoker, PokerKing and similar union-based applications — that operates differently from large regulated Western rooms. Within software, we distinguish carefully between categories that are often confused: a HUD displays statistics and leaves the decision to the player, a solver is studied away from the table, and a real-time assistant like NZT Poker is consulted during the hand itself, which is a meaningfully different legal and account-safety position at every room we've checked. We also track enforcement trends — which rooms have tightened detection, which have banned specific tool categories, and when — because that history matters more than a vendor's safety claims.
Our Process
Every review starts with the vendor's own published material — pricing, supported platforms, system requirements, stated win rates — and then we check what's missing as carefully as what's stated. That's the core of our approach: we cover which tools each poker room actually permits, not just what vendors claim, cross-referencing terms of service, enforcement announcements and account-risk consequences rather than taking "100% safe" at face value. Where a vendor publishes no price tiers, no methodology behind a win-rate figure, or no third-party audit, we say so explicitly instead of filling the gap with assumption. We revisit pages when enforcement policies change or a vendor updates its claims, because a tool's risk profile can shift without any change to the tool itself. Our Team
